This Payment Policy applies to all transactions on the NovoKerja platform, operated by NOVO KERJA ENTERPRISE (SSM Registration No: 202503322023 / SA0646341-T), Selangor, Malaysia.
1. Escrow Payment System
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system:
- Business makes payment when hiring a worker
- Funds are held securely in escrow during the assignment
- Payment is released to the worker upon job completion and business confirmation
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through Billplz, supporting:
- FPX (Online Banking): All major Malaysian banks
- All transactions are processed securely with bank-level encryption
3. Platform Fees
- Business: 3% transaction fee (covers payment gateway + platform handling)
- Worker: 15% platform service fee (covers AI matching, escrow, GPS, support)
4. Payment Timeline
- Escrow funds are held until the job is completed
- Business has 48 hours to confirm or dispute after completion
- Workers receive payment within 1-3 business days after release
5. Currency
All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
6. Security
Your payment security is our priority. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full banking details on our servers.
