1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NovoKerja mobile application and services ("Service"), operated by NOVO KERJA ENTERPRISE (SSM Registration No: 202503322023 / SA0646341-T), Selangor, Malaysia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- Users aged 16-17 must have parental consent
- You must be a resident of Malaysia or have valid work authorization
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Platform Services
NovoKerja provides an on-demand staffing platform that connects businesses with workers. We facilitate:
- AI-powered job matching between businesses and workers
- Secure payment processing via escrow system
- Real-time communication between parties
- Identity verification and GPS check-in services
5. Payment Terms
- Business Fee: 3% transaction fee on job payments
- Worker Fee: 15% platform service fee deducted from earnings
- Payments are held in escrow until job completion and business confirmation
- Workers receive payment within 1-3 business days after escrow release
6. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 24+ hours before start: Free
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: 20% cancellation fee

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NOVO KERJA ENTERPRISE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
NovoKerja provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes between workers and businesses beyond our dispute resolution process. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
