This Refund Policy applies to all transactions made through the NovoKerja platform, operated by NOVO KERJA ENTERPRISE (SSM Registration No: 202503322023 / SA0646341-T), Selangor, Malaysia.
1. Cancellation Refunds

| No-show by worker | Full refund (100%) to business |
| No-show by business | 50% payment released to worker |
2. Job Completion Disputes
- If a business is unsatisfied with work quality, they may raise a dispute within 48 hours
- Our team will review the dispute and mediate between parties
- Partial or full refunds may be issued depending on the circumstances
3. Platform Fee Refunds
- Platform fees (3% business fee, 15% worker fee) are generally non-refundable
- In cases of platform errors, full fee refunds will be issued
- Cancelled jobs refunded in full include platform fee refunds
4. Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 1-3 business days
